  • How does this work?
The client requests a photo session from one of the photographers. For now, the photographer and the client agree on the cost and an organization to donate to. The client donates to the organization and provides the proof of receipt to the photographer. The photographer conducts the photo session with the client, edits the pictures and provides them to the client
  • How do I book a session?
You may start with filling the Contact Us form. You may specify the type of photo session you would like, approximate timeline and a rough location for you session if you know it. You may also choose a specific photographer. Once the form is received, one of us will reach out to you to plan and schedule the session and for other logistics.
  • How do I pay?
Currently, we do not accept direct payments. Neither do we have an ability for you to donate to the selected organization through our website. For now, please donate directly to the organization and provide the proof of receipt to the photographer.
  • Which organizations can I donate to?
We have a list of preferred causes and organizations on our Causes & Organizations page. You may select an organization from that page. If there is a specific organization that you want to donate to or a cause that you want to support, we will work with you to make that happen. As long as the organization does not conflict with our core values, we are pretty open to enabling you to make an impact to a cause that is close to your heart.
  • How do I choose a photographer?
The list of photographers that are a part of this organization can be found on the Photographers page. You may check their portfolios and their specialities. We highly recommend you reach out to the photographer(s) to know them a little bit before you commit to a session, you will enjoy a more personal experience.
  • How do I resolve any conflict?
Pictures for a Cause is a platform and the photographers are not the employees of the organization. All the conflicts to be resolved with the photographers directly. We do extensive research before adding a photographer to our organization and we hope that there will not be any major conflict.
  • Are you a 501(c)(3) exempt organization?
No. Pictures for a Cause is a not for profit organization. However, at this time we are not a registered 501(c)(3) exempt organization.
